Virtual Assistant – Affiliate/Partnership (Onsite)

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant – Affiliate/Partnership to support the growth of our affiliate and strategic partnership network. The role will focus on researching potential affiliates and business partners, conducting outreach, building relationships, coordinating collaborations, and monitoring partnership performance. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with external partners and understands how partnerships can contribute to brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential affiliates, referral partners, strategic partners, businesses, communities, websites, and organizations aligned with assigned brands and target markets.
• Conduct daily prospecting and build a qualified pipeline of potential affiliate and partnership opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective partners through email, social media, direct messaging, and other approved communication channels.
• Introduce partnership opportunities and clearly communicate the brand's products, value proposition, and collaboration benefits.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective partners and move opportunities through the partnership pipeline.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with existing and prospective affiliates and partners.
• Coordinate affiliate onboarding, partnership requirements, promotional materials, tracking links, discount codes, campaign details, and other necessary resources.
• Maintain an accurate Affiliate/Partnership Tracker containing prospect information, contact details, outreach history, responses, status, next action, and performance.
• Monitor affiliate and partnership activities to ensure agreed deliverables and requirements are completed.
• Track performance metrics such as referrals, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, and revenue generated through partnerships.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Affiliate Marketing Assistant, Partnership Assistant, Business Development Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role is an advantage.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong research, prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
