We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our leadership team, assist with B2B client onboarding, and help improve our day-to-day operations using modern technology and AI.

What You’ll Do

• Executive & Operations Support – Help manage priorities, coordinate tasks, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Client Onboarding & Communication – Guide new B2B clients through onboarding and handle professional communication via email and phone.
• Process Improvement & Automation – Identify areas that can be improved and use software, AI, and automation to make processes more efficient.
• Research & Special Projects – Handle research, organize information, analyze data, and take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable using technology, AI tools, and business software
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Resourceful and proactive when solving problems
• Quick to learn new tools and processes
• Professional and confident when dealing with B2B clients
