WE ARE HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a retail business.

This role requires someone who is comfortable with both administrative and digital/technical tasks.

VERY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

The successful candidate MUST have intermediate-level skills in:

1. Social Media Management

• Managing business social media accounts
• Content posting and scheduling
• Basic content creation
• Monitoring comments, messages and engagement
• Understanding social media insights and analytics

2. Technical Website & E-commerce Management

• Updating and managing website content
• Adding and editing products, prices, images and product descriptions
• Managing product categories and inventory on the website
• Processing and monitoring online orders
• Updating website banners, offers and promotions
• Basic troubleshooting of website issues
• Managing customer orders and enquiries received through the website
• Understanding how a retail/e-commerce website operates

This is NOT a role for someone who only knows how to post on social media. Applicants must have practical experience managing a business website/e-commerce platform.

Other Responsibilities

• General virtual/administrative assistance
• Customer communication and follow-up
• Data entry and record keeping
• Supporting daily business operations
• Other tasks related to the smooth running of the business

Salary: ₦80,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
