Virtual Assistant

We are looking for highly professional and well-spoken Virtual Assistants with strong communication and sales/upselling experience.

We are currently hiring VAs for the following positions:

🔹 Home Health VA
Experience in home health operations, scheduling, patient/provider communication, or related healthcare support.

🔹 Marketing & Executive Assistant
Experience in marketing, executive assistance, client communication, administrative support, and sales/upselling.

🔹 Medical Credentialing Specialist/Expert
Strong experience in medical credentialing, provider enrollment, insurance verification, and healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with hospitals, doctors, nurses, and Medicare
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with insurance verification and medical credentialing
• Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients and healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong sales and upselling experience
• Professional phone presence
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Relevant experience in the position applied for is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
