Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients. The goal of this role is to generate leads, schedule cleaning appointments, and build relationships with potential customers interested in professional cleaning services.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with a high number of people daily.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients.
Answer inbound calls from customers inquiring about cleaning services.
Introduce and explain our cleaning service offerings and pricing.
Qualify potential leads and identify customer needs.
Schedule appointments, estimates, or consultations for cleaning services.
Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in a CRM or spreadsheet.
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Telemarketer, Appointment Setter, or Customer Service Representative preferred but not required.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making 50–200+ calls per day.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM systems, or call tracking tools.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Skills Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting. Familiarity with cleaning services or home service industries. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments. Performance Expectations Complete a high volume of calls daily. Generate qualified leads and booked appointments. Maintain a professional and positive customer experience on every call. Compensation Hourly pay or per-appointment/lead structure (depending on experience). Performance bonuses may be available for meeting lead or booking goals.

Pay: Php2.00 - Php3.00 per day
