Role: Virtual Assistant
Location: Ithum, Sector 62, Noida
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (On-site)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable conducting cold calling and outreach in international markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar.
• Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements.
• Provide customer support and administrative assistance as required.
• Maintain and update contact databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Assist with lead generation activities and prospect research.
• Target and engage prospects in the USA, UK, and Australian markets.
• Possess working knowledge of professional email communication, email outreach, and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead-generation activities.
