About the Role

Archers Contact Solutions is looking for adaptable and motivated Virtual Assistants to provide remote support to clients across various industries. Responsibilities will vary depending on the client and may include administrative, customer support, sales, marketing, or creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the client, tasks may include:

• Email and calendar management
• Data entry, research, and administrative support
• Customer support and client communication
• Cold calling, lead generation, and outreach
• Social media management and content support
• Graphic design and video editing
• CRM and database management
• Other client-specific and ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
