We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant — Social Media Marketing & Administration

Harris & Charms, a Dubai-based wedding and document services company, is looking for an organised, creative, and dependable Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and daily operations.

Candidates with experience in the hotel or airline industry as Front-desk or Flight attendants are preferred, particularly in customer service, reservations, guest relations, or administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and reels.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, lead generation, and tracking enquiries.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare documents, update spreadsheets, manage schedules, and support administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Canva, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or paid social media advertising is an advantage.
