Virtual Assistant Content Creator & Editor

• Photo Editing & Enhancement: Edit, retouch, and color-correct raw property photos (adjusting lighting, correcting angles, removing unwanted objects, and adding blue skies) to make units look pristine and inviting.
• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging digital content (images, flyers, carousels, and short-form videos) showcasing our properties for sale and rent.
• Video Editing: Edit raw footage of property walk-throughs into high-performing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and real estate hooks that drive direct inquiries.
• Platform Management: Maintain a consistent posting schedule across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Location: Must be residing and working from India.
• Experience: Proven experience in both content creation and professional photo editing is required (real estate photography editing experience is highly preferred).
• Software Skills: High proficiency in advanced photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom, alongside creation tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Portfolio: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing before/after photo editing examples and design work.
• Setup: Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a high-performance computer capable of running professional editing software.
