Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce & Social Media

About the Role

We are seeking proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support the launch and ongoing operations of a growing e-commerce business.

The ideal candidates are not only technically capable but also trustworthy, independent, and proactive. We value individuals who take ownership, communicate effectively, and can identify what needs to be done without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Launch

• Assist with Shopify store setup and organization
• Create and manage product listings
• Develop social media and launch content
• Create and maintain content calendars
• Support lead-generation activities
• Set up marketing workflows and automations
• Create short-form and podcast-style content
• Use Canva and AI tools for content creation and editing
• Organize launch tasks and recommend next steps

Ongoing

• Manage and schedule social media content
• Create, repurpose, and organize content
• Support lead generation and e-commerce operations
• Assist with Shopify and dropshipping activities
• Build and maintain workflows and automations
• Support GHL and/or HubSpot processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate tasks using AI
