Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) who wants to make a real impact on a fast-growing Amazon brand. As our VA, you’ll provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and customer-focused. You’ll play a critical role in keeping listings, inventory, and documentation accurate while assisting with backend tasks across multiple marketplaces.

You’ll be responsible for:
Amazon product listings and PPC management
Inventory monitoring and coordinating restocks
Customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Order tracking and issue resolution
Data entry and documentation tasks
Supporting cross-functional teams with administrative needs
Ensuring compliance with company policies and Amazon guidelines

Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in e-commerce support (Amazon preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, AI, and Amazon Seller Central
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a VA or in Amazon/e-commerce operations
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes preferred
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities
