Virtual Assistant Intern (Unpaid)

About the role

This role involves providing administrative and operational support to the marketing and Business Development teams, managing communications, scheduling, social media, and lead management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange meeting schedules, team agendas, and coordinate client calendars using Google Calendar or similar tools
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, respond to routine messages, and organize inbox for marketing and Business Development teams
• Handle social media: post daily content, respond to comments and DMs, and monitor engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Input leads and prospect data into CRM (such as Google Sheets) and research potential client contacts
• Assist in preparing materials: edit documents, create simple presentation slides, and perform data entry for campaign reports
• Internal coordination: follow up on team tasks, create meeting recaps, and support lead generation processes through LinkedIn

About you

• Minimum qualification: SMA/SMK graduate (all majors) or active D3/S1 student (semester 3 and above) from Administration, Communication, IT, or related fields
• Interest in learning and using various digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Good communication and coordination skills
