Virtual Assistant – KOL (Onsite)

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant – KOL (Key Opinion Leader) to support influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. The role focuses on identifying and engaging relevant content creators, influencers, affiliates, and KOLs, building relationships with potential partners, coordinating collaborations, and monitoring campaign performance across various social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential KOLs, influencers, content creators, and affiliates aligned with assigned brands, products, target audiences, and markets.
• Conduct influencer prospecting across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Evaluate prospective KOLs based on audience relevance, content quality, follower authenticity, engagement, location, niche, and overall brand fit.
• Reach out to prospective influencers and KOLs through email, direct messages, and other approved communication channels.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential KOL partners.
• Coordinate product collaborations, affiliate arrangements, content requirements, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with KOLs to ensure timely responses and completion of agreed deliverables.
• Maintain an accurate and updated KOL database/tracker, including outreach status, responses, negotiations, agreements, content status, and campaign results.
• Monitor KOL-generated content and verify compliance with agreed campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
• Track campaign performance, including reach, views, engagement, clicks, conversions, and other applicable metrics.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Influencer Marketing Assistant, KOL Specialist, Affiliate Marketing Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong online research and prospecting skills.
