Virtual Assistant (Outbound Sales Representative)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound selling, communicates fluently in English, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

You will assist with sales outreach, social media activities, and various digital business operations while maintaining professional communication with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, messages, and sales outreach to prospective customers.

Follow up with leads and potential clients.

Assist with social media marketing and content-related activities.

Manage and organize customer information, leads, and follow-ups.

Assist with Calendly scheduling and appointment management.

Help manage payment and booking systems such as Stripe and Square.

Communicate professionally with customers through email, social media, and other channels.

Complete assigned administrative and virtual assistance tasks independently.

Meet daily/weekly sales and outreach targets.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year college course.

Proven experience in outbound sales or selling.

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.

Proficient in using social media platforms.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
