Viva - Executive Assistants

You're good at your job. You're just not sure it's the right one anymore.
If you've spent years in law, teaching, healthcare admin, marketing, or hospitality, you've built the ability to manage complexity under pressure and juggle different priorities. Bring all of that to a faster, higher-impact environment.
At Viva, our mission is to
create real career opportunities for women across Latin America.
We hire regardless of gender, but the impact is intentional: when women thrive economically, families and communities do too.
This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay, or Nicaragua.
What you'll actually do:

Operational:

What we're looking for:

C1 English, written and spoken

At least one role with 2+ year tenure

Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and AI enthusiast

Proactive by default, not by request
