• Enter and update customer, account, operational, or business information from approved forms, documents, spreadsheets, or systems used by One New Creation.
• Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
• Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
• Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets for the Virtual Data Entry Operator - Remote Opportunity role at One New Creation.
• Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.
