Duties

• Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, databases, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems using advanced typing skills and productivity software.
• Manage and update customer information, order details, and other confidential data with strict adherence to privacy protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis, creating reports, and organizing large datasets efficiently.
• Conduct routine data collection tasks, verify information accuracy, and perform basic math calculations to ensure data consistency.
• Support office functions such as filing digital documents, transcribing audio recordings, and handling order entry processes.
• Assist with database system maintenance by inputting new records and updating existing entries to keep information current.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries related to data or system issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry in Excel or other productivity software; familiarity with spreadsheets is essential.
• Strong technical proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining accuracy in data processing.
• Good understanding of basic math principles and experience with Excel data analysis techniques.
• Ability to perform 10-key typing at a high speed for efficient data input; experience with transcription is a plus.
• Prior office experience involving filing, document management, or order processing is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with database systems, spreadsheets, and productivity software suites.
