Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry into Excel spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Validate data by cross-referencing information across multiple sources, identifying discrepancies or errors for correction.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information, following all privacy protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel, to compile reports, analyze data trends, and prepare documentation.
• Organize and file digital records systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and ongoing data collection efforts.
• Support data collection initiatives by inputting information efficiently and verifying accuracy during routine audits.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, document processing, and responding to internal requests related to data quality.

Experience

• Proven experience with database systems, spreadsheets (particularly Microsoft Excel), and productivity software in an office environment.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms including ERP systems.
• Prior experience in data entry or data management roles demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with 10 key typing techniques and word processing tools to enhance productivity.
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations during analysis tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels.

Pay: $26.77 - $32.24 per hour
