Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - CA Licensed

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - CA Licensed to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will provide virtual primary care services to patients through telehealth, including triage support and video visits. The position is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a remote setting while collaborating closely with clinical teammates. You will also participate in ongoing clinical learning and help ensure continuity of care across virtual and in-office teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,192 – $136,384 annually

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in continuous learning during weekly clinical rounds
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Use advanced clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care
• Obtain additional state licensure to support virtual primary care services

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care within the past 5 years
• Current CA medical license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Strong preference for 103 or 104 certification; willingness to obtain required certification
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
