Virtual Front desk Executive

• Provide a warm, face-to-face welcome to guests viaKIOSK video feeds and handle incoming property communications with professionalism.
• Arrival & Departure Facilitation: Securely manage digital check-in and check-outprocedures, process room keys, and verify guest credentials.
• Booking Administration: Organize, update, and monitor reservations and roomallocations within the central property database.
• Guest Inquiry Management: Address questions regarding property guidelines,facilities, pricing, and local recommendations accurately and efficiently.
• On-Site Team Syncing: Act as the liaison between virtual guest requests andphysical staff, directing housekeeping and maintenance tickets instantly.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot guest complaints or minor system disruptionscalmly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• Superior written and spoken English skills with an ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable operating modern computer systems.
• A background in a guest-facing role, retail customer care, callcenters, or hospitality management is preferred. Familiarity with hotel PMStools is a distinct benefit.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a quick, solution-oriented mindset.
• Freshers with good communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
