You’ll be providing bill explanations, addressing general inquiries, and resolving connectivity issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Support customers through phone, chat, and email across a range of queries
• Understand customer concerns thoroughly and provide timely, satisfactory resolutions
• Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and guide users effectively
• Accurately update customer records and transaction details in the system
• Offer value-added services and make relevant recommendations to customers
• Educate customers on relevant policies and procedures to build trust

You’re the perfect fit if you have:

• High school diploma; two-year college degree preferred
• Basic PC and internet navigation skills
• Knowledge of effective customer service principles
• Familiarity with internet functionality, usage, and troubleshooting (e.g., device/router power cycling, network diagnostics)
• Basic understanding of networking, browsers, computer hardware, and email clients
• MS Office applications proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong probing and instructional skills in scenario-based situations
• Ability to multitask effectively in computer-based environments
• Hands-on experience using AI tools
