Duties

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound telemarketing calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote various insurance products.
• Identify client needs by conducting thorough analysis and offering suitable solutions in health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing client engagement.
• Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure optimal outcomes for clients while meeting company sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools.
• Stay informed about the latest insurance regulations, product updates, and industry trends to provide compliant and current advice.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach through digital campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and reporting.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication, benefits administration, and relationship building.
• Experience in telemarketing or remote client outreach strategies is preferred to excel in this virtual role.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
