Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or virtual platforms to answer questions and provide updates
• Assist with life insurance applications, policy changes, and required documentation
• Review submitted information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update organized client account records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with emails, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
