Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Minimum Education: 12th pass.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via calls and chat.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
• Use CRM tools effectively.
