CLEAR (Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation) is a membership association promoting regulatory excellence. Through CLEAR Learning, we deliver virtual training programs, webinars, podcasts, and events for professionals in the regulatory licensing community.

About the Role

CLEAR is seeking a Contract Facilitator to support live, virtual, instructor-led sessions for our learning and training programs. In this public-facing role, you will keep each session running smoothly so instructors can focus on teaching and learners can focus on learning.

Please note: This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position with limited, variable hours. It is not eligible for employee benefits.

What You'll Do

• Run live virtual meetings and training sessions

• Resolve technical issues as they come up during sessions

• Interject learner questions for the instructor

• Help instructors keep sessions on schedule

• Administer polls, quizzes, and breakout sessions, and share videos as part of the program

What You'll Bring

• GED or high school diploma

• 1+ year of professional experience

• Experience with web conferencing software such as Zoom (host tools like polls and breakout rooms a plus)

• Experience troubleshooting technical difficulties

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Self-directed, with the ability to take initiative

• Comfort speaking up during live sessions

Requirements

-Computer with a webcam and microphone

• Reliable, high-speed internet that supports video conferencing.

• A private, quiet space to work without interruption during sessions

• Weekday availability during program hours (typically late morning to mid-afternoon Eastern Time)

Schedule & Location

• Fully remote

• Variable schedule based on the program calendar

• Reports to the Program Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
