Virtual Math Educator (CA Certified)

• Role: High School Integrated Math 1 & 2

• Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity.

• Daily Rate: $200; rates are negotiable and subject to change.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Monday: 1 PM to 3 PM PST (Staff Meeting and Math Support Hour)

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM PST

• Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 3 PM PST (PLC time from 2-3 PM)

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies
• Track student grades and performance
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active California Moderate to Severe teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degreefrom an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
