Job Description:

• Professionally answer and route calls based on individual client instructions, and promptly relay detailed messages.
• Deliver high-standard hospitality, resolve queries quickly, manage sales and leasing inquiries, and help foster a collaborative client community.
• Set up new virtual office clients and keep business center databases and answering instructions up to date.
• Perform general administrative tasks, assist with data entry, and handle end-of-month billing queries.
• Assist Business Managers and the broader team with the daily operations of the virtual and serviced offices.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, client focus, and professional discretion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage your workload.
• A flexible team player capable of multitasking calmly under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with serviced/virtual office concepts and basic straight leasing.

Work Arrangement:

Onsite | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Observe AU Public Holidays
