Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through virtual channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for mutual funds, insurance products, bonds, digital sales, outbound sales, upselling, wealth management services to existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs to provide personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as number of calls made, conversions achieved.
