Virtual Relationship Manager

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (Inside Sales) for a full-time work-from-office opportunity in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and understand their banking requirements.
• Promote and sell relevant banking products to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in Any Stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Should be proficient in Hindi OR any South Indian language except Telugu.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
• B.E/B.Tech candidates are not eligible.

Salary & Incentives

• Freshers: ₹16,000 In-Hand + Incentives
• Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 In-Hand + Incentives
