Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)
Location: Bangalore HSR Layout
Experience: 1–2+ Years
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HNI / existing customer relationships for liabilities.
- Deepen relationships by sourcing family accounts.
- Cross-sell CASA, banking products, and other financial products.
- Promote Net Banking / Mobile Banking and digital channels.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with field sales teams for better conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and relationship deepening targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2+ years or Post Graduate with 1+ year experience.
- BFSI experience in Tele-Sales / Relationship Management / Liabilities / CASA preferred.
- HNI client management experience preferred.
- AMFI / IRDA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Fluent in English + at least one South Indian language.
