Virtual Rep WFH Entry Level Training Provided

Your Day-to-Day

• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options

What We're Looking For

• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
• Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
• A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
• Authorized to work in the United States
