The HUC Virtual Research Internships Program aims to foster international research collaboration across HUC member universities by connecting professors’ ongoing projects with undergraduate and graduate students from across the Americas. Through virtual internships, students gain early-stage research experience while contributing to concrete research tasks and strengthening academic ties within the HUC network.

Benefits And Requisites

• Open to undergraduate and graduate students from HUC member universities.
• Opportunity to collaborate with faculty members and research teams from across the Americas.
• Duration: 8 to 12 weeks.
• Institutional endorsement and latest transcript required.
• Digital certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
• Call for students: July 23 to August 19, 2026
• Informative session: August 5, 2026
• Student selection: August 20 to August 27, 2026
• Notification of results: August 28, 2026
• Research internships start: September 2026
