We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Virtual Tax Preparation Instructor to lead online training sessions focused on tax preparation. Duties

• Deliver engaging virtual lessons on tax preparation concepts, procedures, and best practices.

• Provide personalized feedback and support to help students understand complex tax topics and improve their skills.
• Foster an inclusive online classroom environment that respects and accommodates students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and interactive discussions to ensure comprehension.
• Stay current with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure accurate instruction.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to improve curriculum content and teaching strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, participation, and performance for reporting purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience in tax preparation, accounting, or related financial fields is required.
• Prior experience in teaching or training others, especially in a virtual setting, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital instructional tools is preferred.
• A thorough understanding of current tax laws and regulations is necessary to provide accurate guidance.
