Virtual Training Specialist

The Ford Agency is currently looking for candidates with strong technical and digital event management skills to coordinate the timelines, programs, and execution of online training webinars for a well-established and busy law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior digital events experience who is looking to further their career with a terrific law firm. This is a 4 day/week in-person position and available immediately.

Responsibilities Include:

• Establish and manage event timelines
• Curate online webinar training programs and related events
• Identify and manage audience engagement tools for various events
• Ensure all tech and links for each event are operational
• Ensure superior data and content quality across platforms and websites

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years prior experience managing digital events, webinars, or training in a professional office environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

• $68,000 - $70,000 annually DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
