Toofus Dental is seeking a charismatic and energetic Virtual Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. There is 1 position available.

In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating virtual dental treatment plans for our patients. With a focus on leveraging technology to deliver seamless healthcare experiences, you will play a crucial part in our mission to revolutionise how we deliver dental care to our patients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Following up with patients to assess their dental needs and concerns
• Collaborating with our dental professionals to develop personalised treatment plans
• Guiding patients through the virtual treatment process, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Scheduling virtual follow-up appointments and coordinating with the broader dental team
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring timely communication with patients
• Continuously seeking ways to improve the virtual patient experience and identify new opportunities for growth

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients virtually
• Empathetic with a heart for serving
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex dental cases
• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing platforms and dental software
• A keen interest in the evolving field of telemedicine and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
