Duties

• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging environment that motivates students to participate actively and stay motivated.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians to update on progress and address concerns.
• Utilize digital tools and educational resources to enhance the learning experience and foster understanding.
• Manage scheduling to ensure timely sessions while maintaining flexibility for students’ availability.

Experience

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with a focus on K-12 education or specific subject areas.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
• Experience working with children or young learners, demonstrating understanding of developmental needs.
• Classroom experience is a plus, providing insight into effective instructional techniques in a structured environment.
• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and digital educational tools is highly desirable.
