Position: Visa & Work Permit Officer

Holina is looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage and coordinate visa, work permit, and immigration documentation for foreign employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate Visa, Work Permit, and Immigration processes
• Prepare, review, and follow up on related documentation
• Liaise with government offices and relevant agencies
• Manage visa extensions, 90-day reporting, and foreign employee documentation
• Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations related to foreign employees
• Maintain organized records and filing systems

Qualifications

• Experience in Visa / Work Permit / Immigration is highly preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
