Visa and Work Permit Officer

1. Visa & Work Permit Services:

Assisting clients in selecting the appropriate type of visa and work permit based on their needs and eligibility;

Preparing and filing necessary documents for visa applications, including Non-Immigrant visas, business visas, and dependent visas;

Advising on regulatory and compliance issues related to visa and work permit requirements;

Proceeding with visa extensions, work permit renewals, and visa category changes;

Assisting with visa cancellations and re-entry permits;

Providing support for Retirement Visas, Digital Nomad Visas (DTV), BOI (Board of Investment) Visas, and other specialized visa categories;

Coordinating with our team for Non-B Immigrant Visa applications and work permit approvals.

2. Business & Investment Visas:

Identifying the appropriate visa category for foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners;

Assisting with the preparation and submission of BOI (Board of Investment) visa applications;

Supporting clients with Smart Visa applications for highly skilled professionals and investors;

Advising on the tax and regulatory implications of business and investment-related visas.

3. Other Immigration Duties:

Assisting clients with visa-related compliance issues, including advising on overstay penalties and visa restrictions;

Providing guidance on family reunification visas, including marriage visas and dependent visas;

Advising on the legal rights and obligations of foreign residents in Thailand;

Providing general legal advice on various immigration matters, such as changes in visa policies, updates in Thai immigration law, and corporate sponsorship of work permits.
