Visa Application Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Application Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process employment & labour contracts.
• Handle UAE visa applications, renewals & cancellations.
• Process applications through relevant UAE government portals.
• Assist with labour-related transactions and employee documentation.
• Ensure documents and applications are accurate, complete & submitted on time.
• Maintain organized records of applications and completed transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.

Requirements:

*) 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Typist.
*) Previous experience in a UAE Typing Center is highly preferred.
*) Good knowledge of UAE visa & labour contract processing.
*) Familiarity with UAE government portals and online applications.
*) Good computer & typing skills
*) Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
*) Good communication and coordination skills
*) Immediate availability is preferred
