What they need
Assist clients with tourist and other visa application processes.
Assess and verify documents as per embassy requirements.
Prepare, complete and submit visa applications.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS centers.
Monitor application status and provide timely updates to clients.
Advise clients on visa requirements,documentation and procedures.
Handle queries and resolve visa application- related issues.
Maintain accurate records of applications and client documents.
Stay updated on changes in visa rules and immigration requirements.
Ensure all applications are processed accurately and within deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in visa consultancy or Travel industry preferred.
Knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other visa processes.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
Good computer and data -entry skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
