Job Summary

Sky Direct Travel is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel & Visa Consultant to handle international visa applications and corporate travel requirements for business travellers and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle international visa applications and documentation.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility and application procedures.
• Check and prepare visa documents and application forms.
• Coordinate visa appointments and application submissions.
• Track visa applications and provide regular client updates.
• Assist clients travelling for exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
• Coordinate with embassies, visa application centres, airlines and travel partners.
• Maintain accurate records of visa cases and travel bookings.
• Stay updated on international visa and travel regulations.
• Provide professional service and follow-up to corporate clients.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in visa consultancy, corporate travel or international travel.
• Good knowledge of international visa processes and documentation.
• Experience with corporate/business travel preferred.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple visa and travel cases independently.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong experience in international visa processing will be preferred.
