Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the immigration and visa consultancy industry. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa and immigration-related enquiries.
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.
• Collect, verify, and organize client documents.
• Prepare and submit visa applications accurately.
• Follow up on applications and keep clients updated on their status.
• Maintain proper records of clients and applications.
• Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and policy changes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to learn about visa and immigration procedures.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in visa consultancy, travel, immigration, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
