VISA COORDINATING OFFICER

Candidates suitable for this job:
Candidates with experience communicating with clients on a one-to-one basis, both verbally and in writing. Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.

Example: Receptionists , Those working in public relations, Bank tellers, Airline counter staff, Duty free shop staff and other holding or have held similar positions.

Job description:

• We are a company facilitating visa services for out foreign clients.
• We require a person who can communicate directly in English in writing or spoken with our customer inquiries regarding our services
• Follow up the any questions or queries our potential clients may have and pass this information onto out Thai staff .
• Candidates must be able to understand and interpret various English accents, particularly those of non-native English speakers, to ensure effective communication with clients from diverse nationalities.
• The ability to understand or communicate in other foreign languages will be a definite advantage.

Working Environment and office hours:

• Our office is located in a convenient area next to a BTS station on the Sukhumvit line.
• The office hours are from Monday-Saturday 09.00am-6.00pm. ( however a part is this job is to answer customers in real time and this may include corresponding with customers after office hours.

Remuneration :

• Salary will be determined based on skills and experience. As a guideline, the expected salary range is THB 23,000–30,000.

Requirements to be a candidate.

• Preferably a graduate from a recognized institution
• Work experience of at least 2 years
• Living In relatively close proximity to to Phra Khanong BTS station.
• Preferably having their own transportation.
• The ideal candidate / hardworking and honest
• Remuneration is negotiable
