Visa Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities:

* Handle walk-in candidates and counsel them regarding visa processes, documentation, eligibility, and available overseas opportunities.

* Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertisements.

* Convert online leads into walk-in appointments, counselling sessions, and enrolled candidates.

* Understand candidates requirements and recommend suitable visa counselling or overseas career services.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and manage lead data in the CRM or Excel.

* Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, counselling, and admissions.

* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth candidate journey from the first enquiry to enrolment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Prior experience in immigration, visa counselling, tele-sales, or education counselling is preferred.

* Strong communication, convincing, and sales skills.

* Ability to convert online leads into paying clients through effective counselling and follow-ups.

* Comfortable making outbound calls, handling walk-ins, and managing multiple enquiries.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with prospective candidates.

* Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
