Visa Counselor

Redefine Immigration is looking for a confident, experienced, and client-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Jalandhar. The candidate will guide clients through the visa application process for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, and New Zealand.

The role involves client counselling, profile assessment, document verification, visa application preparation, and regular client follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding Student, Tourist, Work, and Permanent Residency (PR) visa options.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa pathways.
• Guide clients on documentation, financial requirements, SOPs, and application procedures.
• Prepare, review, and verify visa applications and supporting documents.
• Submit applications through relevant online portals and visa processing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, educational institutions, and other relevant authorities.
• Provide interview preparation and application guidance where required.
• Maintain client records, application status, and follow-up schedules.
• Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and contribute to individual and team targets.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and ethical practices throughout the application process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Preferably 2–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or Immigration Consultant.
• Practical knowledge of Study, Tourist, Work, and PR visa applications.
• Familiarity with ApplyBoard, UniZ, or similar application portals is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of visa documentation, SOPs, and financial requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and basic computer systems.
• Strong counselling, communication, client-handling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Languages required: English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Candidates with less experience but good practical knowledge and strong counselling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Work Location: In person, Jalandhar, Punjab.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
