Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Canada Visa Counsellor to guide students through the Canadian study visa process, ensuring accurate documentation, proper profile assessment, and complete visa application handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding Canada study visa requirements, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Assess student profiles and guide them according to their academic background and financial status.
• Handle end-to-end Canada study visa applications, including documentation, verification, and submission.
• Ensure proper assessment of financial documents, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and other visa-related paperwork.
• Stay updated with the latest Canadian immigration policies, study permit requirements, and Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) regulations.
• Identify potential concerns in student profiles and guide them accordingly.
• Coordinate with students, university representatives, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to students regarding their applications.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Canada study visa counselling and filing.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian study permit procedures and visa documentation.
• Hands-on experience handling applications from profile assessment to final submission.
• Knowledge of financial documentation, SOPs, and current Canadian immigration guidelines.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
