Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily visa and work permit processing operations.
• Lead and supervise Chinese and Filipino teams.
• Ensure compliance with immigration and labor laws.
• Monitor performance, quality, and service delivery standards.
• Handle client coordination and resolve escalations.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in chinese visa processing, immigration services, or visa delivery management
• Strong knowledge of immigration and labor compliance processes (Philippines experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
