Visa Documentation Associate

926 Asia Travel Corporation is looking for a VISA - DOCUMENTATION ASSOCIATE who can work with us full time in Makati City. This requires you to come to the office to report for work.

The VISA - DOCUMENTATION ASSOCIATE will be assigned to the following tasks:

• Check the requirements of the visa applicants.
• Type application forms of clients.
• Scan the requirements of visa applicants.
• Assist the clients on any visa-related questions and all throughout the visa process.
• Coordinate with the team on visa processing.
• Coordinate with the embassy or visa center on any relative applications.
• Process travel insurance.
• Any related tasks assigned by the manager.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Preferably with 1 year of experience.
• Must be with good communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.

Immediately after being hired, you will be granted with:
