Job Title: Visa Documentation Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling visa documentation, application preparation, client coordination, document verification, and follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify client documents as per visa requirements.
• Prepare and review visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documents.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and client details.
• Track application status and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with visa centers, embassies, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure applications meet required documentation standards.
• Handle client queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Prior experience in visa processing, travel, or documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
