Visa Executive

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to handle GCC recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, telecalling, screening, vacancy fulfillment, client coordination, and visa documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for GCC job vacancies.
• Conduct telecalling and regular candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Work towards filling assigned vacancies.
• Handle recruitment and visa processing documentation.
• Maintain candidate and client relationships.
• Support recruitment sales and achieve assigned targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telecalling and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused.
• Experience in recruitment, visa processing, or sales is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided to selected freshers.

Probation: 3 months
Work Mode: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
